Youth – primarily aged 16-25

Those who are disadvantaged by:

Limited or no access to a vehicle or licenced driver
Literacy constraints
Long term unemployment
Cultural barriers
Mental health
Physical disabilities
Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) issues
