SES Narre Warren Unit

We are a unit of the Victorian State Emergency Service. we build community resilience against adverse natural events, respond to bring calm and stability and assist in efforts of recovery. Our primary response is during storms and floods. We assist other emergency services and police in their work. We maintain an on-call response crew 24/7 everyday of the year to service the entire City of Casey (400 square Kms pop 300,000). We have operational, support and associate members who keep our vital service running. We are entirely volunteer. Our membership is 1/3 women and growing. We welcome all abilities and cultures. We are bound by our code of conduct and our desire to serve the community in which we live. Our volunteers are dedicated, reliable and very skilled. We invest in people who give their time to us. We ask for a regular weekly/fortnightly commitment to us. Our members are extraordinary normal people with a great attiude..
