Supports community groups, organisations, individuals and local initiatives to create a happy, healthy and inclusive community for all.

Facilitates community networks and collaboration; and
Coordinates community projects and events such as the Access & Inclusion Plan and Leavers Week Celebrations.

Busselton and Sugito Sister Cities Assocation

Western Australia has enjoyed a sister city association with Sugito, Japan since 1996. This relationship is essentially cultural with people from both towns enjoying bi-ennial community exchanges, annual school exchanges and occasional specific interest exchanges, such as the traditional Japanese gardeners who established a Japanese garden for Busselton
