Irabina Autism Services

Irabina is Australia’s only Autism specific service provider for children and young people. We have the only Severe Behaviour program in the Asia Pacific Region. We will not turn anybody away and provide every Autism specific service. We deliver services in home, school, kindergarten or at one of our five sites across Melbourne.

Irabina was created in 1970 by a group of parents in the eastern suburbs who came together with community support to set up a training program for a group of children with Autism for whom no services were available. Ever since Irabina’s inception, we’ve understood the significant role that families play in the well-being of young people with Autism. 49 years later we remain committed to transforming the lives of families and young people facing the challenges of Autism.
