The purpose of our Home Visit service is to reduce the social isolation of our clients who may be feeling disconnected from their community. MCCI supports older people from multicultural backgrounds. Our Volunteer Drivers provide door to door transport for clients attending MCCI social support groups. Normal car licence only required. Full training provided.

Join our team at Warrigal Goulburn and embark on a rewarding journey as a Volunteer Bus Driver. As a Volunteer Bus Driver, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping our residents connected to their community by providing transportation to various outings and events.

As you may imagine the lock down was a lonely time, so we have created some new volunteer roles to help reduce social isolation and help the elderly who live independently to reconnect back into the community.

Church Activity Assist - Aged. Attend the facility and escort residents to and from the service in the main hall. Hand out service orders and song sheet. This involves staying with the residents during the service. Volunteers are required at both the Yallaroo and Arrunga Aged Care Facilities.
