Bayside Community Emergency Relief (BCER) is a 100% volunteer run, community driven charity. Our mission is to empower people experiencing hardship and tragedy by providing requested emergency aid supplies when a disaster arises. Ideally based in Bayside, Glen Eira or Kingston but we aren't limited to those areas. You will be responsible for the financial supervision of BCER. AVIARY ATTENDANTS - Cleaning and feeding, interacting with the birds checking their health and wellbeing. On the job training given. For those who are doing animal studies this is a great hands on experience with achievement certificates available. Mature persons and retirees welcome. Volunteers from 13 years of age accepted (with parental/carers written consent) if able to perform the tasks required. Our sanctuary is a Centrelink approved workplace.
