The Department for Child Protection Volunteer Driver would transport children and young people to and from family contact, appointments and may also assist with learner driver training. Some out of hours, long distance and overnight travel may be required.

The role of a playgroup volunteer is to support the leader who runs the group. It involves set up, pack up, helping to run free play, mat time, arts and craft, snack and outdoor play. Treeby Community Playgroup are looking for a volunteer to promote playgroup engagement, by encouraging learning and as well as fostering and strengthening relationship between parents and children in the community.

We have a large suite of programs to offer the public. We are expanding into the City of Knox from Break 40 Cafe at 40/1880 Ferntree Gully Rd. We need local volunteers to assist us to recruit participants to our programs and to help cement these programs as regular fixtures for the local community. These are all groups with a therapeutic angle (eg men's & women's support groups, artistic expression opportunity groups like open mic nights, kids breakfast club or after-school safe spaces.

As a Toy Librarian you will be required to oversee the borrowing and returning of toys, ensuring they are maintained in good condition and working order e.g. cleaning, changing batteries etc and assisting with the general 'smooth running' of the Library.
