Receptionist
About this opportunity
As our receptionist, you will be responsible for organising appointments for our clients, liaising with financial counsellors and external parties, recording data and statistics, and performing general administration duties.
Previous reception experience would be well regarded and you will need a knowledge of using Word, Outlook, and Excel or be prepared to learn.
Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *.
Some experience in working in reception preferable. Need to be good with people, non-judgemental. Experience with Word, Outlook essential. Experience with Excel and databases preferable. Able to multitask.

Time Required
every second Friday 9.00am to 4pm
