The Geraldton Hospital Kiosk are looking for new Volunteers to join their team!
Can you assist with 4 hours a week, fortnight a month or more? The popular and busy Kiosk at the Hospital is looking for enthusiastic friendly Volunteers to assist at the kiosk in the hospital.
As Kiosk Assistant, your tasks would include any of the following:
- Selling merchandise, food and beverages.
- Handle cash transaction and EFTPOS. (Training provided)
- Prepping tea/coffee or toasties.
- Checking inventory and requesting items that need to be replenished.
- Keeping the place clean and tidy.
If you are cheerful, presentable and love dealing with people, you will enjoy this role.
If you don't like dealing with people, there are enough duties around the kiosk, where you can assist at the back end, whether it is prepping toasties or tea and coffee, checking the inventory or tidying up, there is always something to do.
The job requires you to stand for the most part of your shift.
The kiosk is operational from Monday - Friday and shifts are from 8.30 am to 1 pm & from 1 pm to 4.15 pm. We follow a roster, but we are flexible. Do feel free to discuss your availability with us.
Training will be provided.
Previous experience in the service industry or your school canteen is a bonus!

Additional requirements
National Police Certificate *.
Cheerful, able to handle cash transactions, work well within a team.
Monday to Friday Mornings from 8.30am - 1 pm and Afternoons from 1pm - 4.15pm
