Kiosk Assistant (2170)
About this opportunity
Your excellent customer service skills and friendly nature are required for this Role. We are looking for volunteers to assist visitors and tourists in our kiosk. You will meet and greet local and international tourists, provide information and make sales. The Role involves dealing with EFTPOS machines and cash handling. Experience in these areas is helpful but not essential.
Satisfaction of helping with the running of one of Newcastle’s finest and most popular historical landmarks.
Volunteers are given every support and all necessary training.
Time Required
The Roster is over 6 days a week (closed Tuesdays). We are open from 10 am to 4 pm.
