Copy of Beauty Workshop Volunteer - Camperdown

Community Services Regular - more than 6 months Camperdown NSW

About this opportunity

Look Good Feel Better is a free national community service program run by the Cancer Patients Foundation, dedicated to teaching cancer patients how to manage the appearance-related side-effects caused by cancer treatment.

We are looking for experienced beauty advisers, makeup artists, demonstrators or those with a general love of cosmetics who are comfortable demonstrating to join our team of valued volunteers at the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse in Camperdown, NSW. Our volunteers help our participants face their cancer diagnosis with confidence through face-to-work workshops which cover skincare, makeup and head-wear tips. We will provide all training so you don't have to be a professional beauty therapist, but must be comfortable speaking in front of a small group.
