Maintenance Co-ordinator
About this opportunity
We are looking for a volunteer to oversee the maintenance of the facility and liaise with the Board to create an ongoing maintenance plan. Tasks will include identifying required maintenance and scheduling any repairs needed in accordance with the City of Rockingham requirements and processing the claims in the online system.
This position may include minor maintenance if you have the experience and are willing to do so, or to work with a Handyman and/or contractors.

Good communication. Computer literacy for online claim lodgement.
DIY skills preferred but not essential
