Are You the Perfect Fit?

Our dedicated Lifestyle Team needs additional hands to support our residents to have a wonderful day. As a Baptcare Volunteer you will be inducted to the site, ensuring you have a rewarding and happy experience.

Volunteers will be supported by the Lifestyle Team to assist with activities as per the activities program. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Games and puzzles
  • Coffee Club
  • Dining with friends
  • Exercises and walking groups
  • Bingo
  • Entertainment
  • Theme days such as Melbourne Cup, Seasonal Holidays, Cultural days etc.
  • One on One Companionship

We work with each individual volunteer to look at their areas of interest, passion and hobbies to ensure your volunteer motivations are included in your experience.

Your support as a Volunteer means that our residents get to have a more engaging and rewarding experience. Some residents have little to no family and need the added benefit of your friendship and support. You have the chance to brighten the lives of some really interesting individuals.

We love our Volunteers, and our residents look forward to their visits.

Sound like you? Apply now, it will be great fun!
