About this opportunity
There is a lot that goes into helping people rebuild their lives after crisis and our warehouse is a buzz of activity every day. What we need: Kind hearted angels to help us organise, sort, clean, and pack household items to community members who are moving from crisis situations such as homelessness, domestic violence and more. When we need you: Monday: 9am to 3pm Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday: 8.30am to 3pm Who Should Apply: Semi Retired / Retired, FIFO, Shift Workers or anyone who has at least one day per week available in their schedule that would like to give back to their community.

People Who Care is a volunteer-based not for profit organisation that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We operate across Perth and Mandurah, offering services and support for those who are frail aged, living with disability or recovering from hardship.

You can obtain up to 15 hours for Centrelink mutual obligation requirements.
We need volunteers who can commit to at least ONE SCHEDULED SHIFT PER WEEK. FORTNIGHT OR MONTH. Your total time commitment would be 7 to 8 hours or less.
