About this opportunity

Have you ever wanted to be a hero? Well, we have the role for you!   What we need: Drivers and Driver Assists to help us deliver household goods and furniture to community members who are moving from crisis situations such as homelessness, domestic violence and more.   When we need you: We need volunteers who can commit to at least ONE SCHEDULED SHIFT PER WEEK. Your total time commitment would be 7 to 8 hours or less.   Who Should Apply: Semi Retired / Retired, FIFO, Shift Workers or anyone who has at least one day per week available in their schedule that would like to give back to their community.   How to Apply: To hear about this and other volunteering opportunities with People Who Care, contact our Volunteer Recruitment Manager, Jo on 9379 1944.

People Who Care is a volunteer-based not for profit organisation that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We operate across Perth and Mandurah, offering services and support for those who are frail aged, living with disability or recovering from hardship.

You can obtain up to 15 hours for Centrelink mutual obligation requirements.

Time Required

We need volunteers who can commit to at least ONE SCHEDULED SHIFT PER WEEK. FORTNIGHT OR MONTH. Your total time commitment would be 7 to 8 hours or less.
