Return It (Containers for Change) Concierge

About this opportunity

• On entry to the depot the Concierge will greet the community member and guide them through the process of either using the bulk drop service or processing containers.
• Answer any questions or queries to the best of your ability or direct the query to depot staff.
• Ensure people are feeling welcomed and attended to.
• Offer to assist people to carry their containers.
• When available give out the "Take Homes" - these are items or information people can take with them to remember Return It and/or Milligan.
• Chat to customers whilst they wait in the line about the unique partnership between Milligan and Return It.

Time Required

Saturday and Monday mornings, 8am to 12pm but could finish earlier if quiet
