Return It (Containers for Change) Concierge
About this opportunity
- On entry to the depot the Concierge will greet the community member and guide them through the process of either using the bulk drop service or processing containers.
- Answer any questions or queries to the best of your ability or direct the query to depot staff.
- Ensure people are feeling welcomed and attended to.
- Offer to assist people to carry their containers.
- When available give out the "Take Homes" - these are items or information people can take with them to remember Return It and/or Milligan.
- Chat to customers whilst they wait in the line about the unique partnership between Milligan and Return It.

Being a really kind human.
Time Required
Saturday and Monday mornings, 8am to 12pm but could finish earlier if quiet
