As a Volunteer Team Member, you'll not only contribute to our mission of supporting Aussie farmers but also forge lasting connections with like-minded people who share your passion for making a difference.

DESCRIPTION DETAIL:

• Providing a high level of friendly customer service.
• Accept and use the shop's guidelines for donations to processing & pricing donations bought into the shop.
• Work with or learn program Vend.
• Do general housekeeping.
• Cashier duties, including handling transactions, and operating the cash register.
• Setting up of sale displays and rearranging.

Our ideal candidate will:

• Be punctual, reliable, and honest.
• Be able to work as part of a team, participating in all general activities plus under own initiative.
• Be able to create a fun, friendly environment for both your fellow volunteers and customers.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Have knowledge of basic arithmetic and/or basic cash-handling skills
• Have willingness to learn.

Time Required

Able to work a minimum 1 shift per week (4 hours)
