About this opportunity

This role includes assisting with the set up and clean down of the centres in house activities, sorting and putting away donations including, clothes, household items and food items. Packing ER bags and generally ensuring the centre is kept in a tidy state. Assistance with special projects and events when they arise.

The potential volunteers must be friendly, adaptable team players with a can-do approach.

This role includes sustained periods of standing and lifting. All volunteers will require a blue card that we can assist you in gaining.

Time Required

The centre is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-3pm and Wednesday 9am-12pm. We are looking for volunteers who are able to commit to weekly or fortnightly shifts of 3hr blocks across the opening times.
