Customer Service/ Hospital Ambassadors

About this opportunity

Volunteers at John Flynn Private Hospital provide an invaluable service to our patients and Staff. Team Leaders organise their teams 0800-1400 Monday - Friday to supply the Hospital on a needs basis. These roles may include, but are not indicative of all the possibilities available: buggy drivers, concierge, caring for patients through companionship, way finding, some clerical and administration duties. Some of these roles involve walking and standing, so there is a degree of physical fitness needed. You must be able to accept and follow direction, display empathy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Great communication skills are a must, with a mix of patience and kindheartedness thrown in for good measure. We recognise and value every volunteer's unique ability and contribution.

Additional requirements

Covid-19 vaccination . Driver's Licence (C) . National Police Certificate ^*. Others .

Multiple positions available.
Proof of Covid-19 and Influenza vaccinations required.

Time Required

One day a week for 4-6 hours Monday-Friday 0800-1400
