We are looking for a friendly eager to learn person to assist with general daily office duties, ensuring the centre is tidy at all times and brochures etc. are current.
You will be assisting the Co-ordinator with Hire which includes answering the phone, registering hire and email confirmation.
Assistance is also required with monthly user group charge sheets for invoicing.
If you have basic computer skills for emailing and knowledge of WORD, we would like to hear from you!
