We need fun camp mentors for this VOLUNTEER role - you don't have to have had experience but you do need to be someone who likes children and is prepared for the challenges and fun of camp! • The role of a mentor is to ensure that the participants on camp enjoy themselves in a safe environment • A mentor should be willing to jump in and help where/when-ever needed • Offers appropriate affirmations to participants and fellow mentors • Is willing to step outside their comfort zone/do tasks you

Mentors with past youth experience will be of great benefit to this position. You should be available and consistent, be able to follow a program and/or use your own initiative to engage youths in their interest. You must also be available for follow-up contact and mid-week contact.
