To provide an appropriate mix of skills across the Board membership, candidates with the appropriate experience and skills are being sought for the following positions in 2024: Governance/Experienced Chair, Finance and Commerce, Organisational Transformation.

Max Potential is a youth leadership program that connects young people with leaders in their local community. As a community coach you will be trained in the art of leadership coaching and then matched to a young adult from one of the local high schools. You will use your new coaching skills to coach on personal leadership, goals and community leadership. You will receive three professional coaching sessions, and the opportunity to boost your young adult's confidence, self-esteem and resilience.
