Interested in becoming a driving mentor? Salvos provides the cars, insurance and professional lessons/instructors, the volunteer mentor provides their time and goodwill in accompanying a young learner complete their practice hours!
for Connect Community + Kids ✔ - Community Services
Approved volunteers agree to provide mentoring and friendship to a young person between the ages of 7 and 17. They commit to spending quality time with a carefully selected young person from a vulnerable or disadvantaged background for approximately 2 hours per fortnight for a period of 12 months. You will not be sitting in an office all day but going out to meet mentees.
