Come along and join Conservation Volunteers to bring back the locally extinct Yellowish Sedge Skipper by restoring vulnerable Gahnia filum habitat at the Barker Inlet Wetland. These planting event will run on the 2nd and the 9th of July, with the aim to plant 600 – 700 gahnia filums. All are welcome. Equipment and planting training will be provided.

Take part in a community litter clean up, where we will be busy removing litter from the beaches and creeks wetlands of this incredible estuarine system. You will also be involved in collecting data about the litter collected, so that we can notice trends and take action against ocean litter to stop it at the source!
