We are ideally hoping a volunteer could facilitate a group fitness session between 10.30am and 11.00am at our state of the art Kooyong facility. We will supply the necessary equipment we just need you and your creativity to make this group fun, beneficial and encouraging for our clients to participate in light weight exercise.
