    MYND Initiative is looking for administration officers to work across a number of teams, undertaking a variety of tasks including diarising meeting dates and notifying of same, drafting agendas for team meetings, recording the meeting, typing the minutes, distributing the minutes, monitoring the MYND Initiative Gmail account and forwarding emails to the appropriate team leader, drafting and editing documents, as well as undertaking other administrative tasks as needed.

    Your responsibility is to assist the human resources manager to increase the number of members ,jointly responsible for monitoring new membership applications, contacting these applicants, maintaining the volunteer register, introducing new members, ensuring completion of the volunteer work log, and working hard to resolve internal disputes, complaints and problems. Most of these tasks will work with other teams, such as the operation team and policy teams, etc.
