We enrich the quality of life of identified residents of aged care facilities, and identified recipients of Home Care Packages, by befriending residents and providing companionship. As a volunteer in the Community Visitors Scheme, you have the opportunity to visit a resident in an aged care facility or their own home at least once per fortnight to offer companionship through conversation, reading or other shared activities.
