Some of our guests at our respite home who are living with Dementia also love being in the garden. Whether it is walking around to smell the roses or tending to the plants, they would love to spend time with another garden enthusiast. Availability is 2 – 3 spare hours once a week, flexible mornings or afternoons between Wednesday to Friday would really enhance the experience of those in our care.

VMCH is currently welcoming volunteer Mini-bus drivers to assist the lifestyle teams at VMCH Residential Aged Care to provide weekly bus outings. You will be accompanied by staff who will look after the resident's whilst you provide a pleasurable and safe journey. The mini- bus requires NO special license and seats 10 passengers.

VMCH is currently welcoming applications to volunteer in concierge roles at VMCH Residential Ages care Homes. The Concierge helps to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere whilst making each visitors’ check in smooth and stress-free. This assistance helps to streamline the connect for aged care residents to family and friends.
