    The Emergency Relief (ER) Program at Kingston East Neighbourhood Group (KENG) provides financially vulnerable community members with financial support during a crisis. This support includes food parcels, gift cards, and limited assistance with paying overdue bills such as electricity and rent. The ER program also provides referrals to KENG's No Interest Loans (NILs) for low income earners as well as appointments with a Financial Counsellor.
