The Inala Multicultural Festival is a FREE one-day-only event, available to families in our local community and surrounding areas. It combines multicultural performances, rides, great food and diverse stalls. PCYC Queensland’s Braking the Cycle program supports young people to complete their mandatory 100 hours of supervised driving in a safe and suitable vehicle with a volunteer mentor. The vehicles are kindly donated by the community. We are looking for driving mentors for novice drivers aged 16-25 who face barriers to completing their required 50 log book hours and obtaining their license. A caring, non-judgemental attitude is required and a car is provided.

According to Foodbank 3.7 million households in Australia experienced food insecurity in the last 12 months. That’s more than the number of households in Sydney and Melbourne combined. We need a Van driver to collect rescued food items from supermarkets and drop off to Boronia.

The Playgroup is for children aged 0 – 4 years led by our Aboriginal Resource Worker, we provide opportunities for Aboriginal families who visit us to learn about the first 3 years of a child’s life and prepare them for school.
