We require planters and weeders to continue our revegetation work in The Susannah Brook Reserve.

This dynamic team install wildlife and possum boxes for our Wildlife Carers. The boxes in which we release our wildlife / possums are made of 19mm pine to provide the best insulation during our hotter summers but are therefore 6.5kg plus wildlife weight (up to 2kg). Ladders and harnesses are used to ensure safety for our installation team and training in best practice WH&S is also provided.

One of the most important jobs we have here at the frog hospital is washing up! We need someone to wash all our items in simple cleaners and most of our components are plastic or ramekins. There are some glass aquariums for any big strong fellas that turn up! Attention to detail is important for this task and it goes by faster if participants are in pairs.

Our organisation runs out of a house on an acreage property and is subject to real estate inspection every three months. Additionally, our President is allergic to dust and can't let too much dust pile up or else she gets sick. We need help with this so that the facility is spotless for those inspections and also for visitors who expect that a wildlife hospital is always in pristine condition!!

The volunteers assist riders with leading horses or walking along side riders/horses during their classes. All classes are designed and controlled by our qualified coach. Friends of Point Peron is a small group of caring local volunteers who are helping Parks and Wildlife staff look after Cape Peron following the dumping of the Mangles Bay Marina on planning, not environmental, grounds. Working bees are held on the first Friday of each month commencing at 9.00 am.

EMS Snorkel Guides volunteer at weekend community snorkels or weekday school snorkels, starting as a trainee snorkel guide assistant, helping the lead snorkel guide in the water with small groups. Free accredited training in 'Lead Snorkel Activities' is available for volunteers who wish to gain more experience and become a Lead Snorkel Guide. Snorkels take place at various locations along the Adelaide coast as well as regional areas in SA.
