The Maitland Hospital Volunteers Inc. are seeking expressions of interest from individuals who would like to join our volunteer team and provide comfort to our patients, their carers and assist our staff.

APMA is seeking someone looking to expand their skills as a professional workplace trainer. You will be responsible for the delivery of an existing, structured course to participants. You will also help develop and coordinate training, in addition to this. Willing and able to complete general office duties, 1-2 days per week.

As the Learning and development Officer you will be responsible for developing and implementing a program of work aligned to the G2K’s Training Strategy and Plan to build best practice in training and competency. You will also be responsible for organizing and facilitating various training programs and events as per training needs of the project.

The key role of community connector volunteers in this project is to assist with enabling socially isolated people (primarily 65+) who have been referred from a range of services, including health practitioners, to determine what community activities they would like to participate in and overcome any barriers to participation.

B&P are seeking a nurse/s, case coordinator/s to be part of an inter-agency team to help them use & evaluate assessments to be utilised by nurses for people with ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and Fibromyalgia. This is part of an active volunteer program, working in partnership with health providers to improve services for people disadvantaged by chronic illness. The position can be used as field work or experience. You will liaise with other practice nurses, clients & uni students
