The house is run by a volunteer management committee and employs a full time live in housekeeper and two casual staff to cover the weekend roster. This position is responsible for supervising and providing ongoing building maintenance. You will have other volunteers to assist you in this task..

Abbeyfield Garran is a not for profit which provides affordable, inclusive, homelike and safe accommodation for people with a mild cognitive disability where residents can maintain their independence with dignity and choice. The Garran house is run by a volunteer management committee and employs a housekeeper to provide meals and support the residents on a day- to-day basis. We have 10 young adult residents.
