Volunteering with Valley RDA is a very rewarding experience assisting riders with varied abilities to reach their goals as a rider whilst improving their physical mental and emotional well being. Horses provide vital mental and physical stimulation for our disabled participants, improving their confidence, increasing their autonomy and delivering immeasurable amounts of pleasure. There are many and varied opportunities for volunteers at our centre.
