Diabetes Victoria is holding a diabetes education event for the Vietnamese community on May 28, and looking for Vietnamese speaking volunteers to provide in-language support to attendees. We have 4 volunteer roles available. Responsibilities include assisting with promotion prior to the event, set-up/ pack-down of the event, supporting attendees on the day, and ensuring the event goes smoothly.

You'll be welcomed into the supersized commercial kitchen. You'll get busy in the kitchen transforming rescued food into nutritious meals, that will be delivered to disadvantaged communities.
Prepare, cook and pack meals from scratch for the homeless & needy.
for Hunter Volunteer Centre - Community Services
We are looking for a Food Program Volunteer to collect food from various shopping centres using their own vehicle. This rewarding role also includes assisting with setting up fresh produce and sorting food products. You will work proactively to assess and assist our volunteer coordinator with delivering this essential service to community members.
for MS Queensland - Disability Services
We are looking to superstar volunteers to help us with all things MS Brissie to the Bay bike ride, in particular photographing the event. This event supports almost 5,500 Queenslanders living with MS and other neurological conditions, and we cannot pull off events like this without our amazing volunteers.

You can volunteer as a marshal, timekeeper, photographer or try your hand at scanning barcodes and handing out tokens…..to name a few of the roles we have available.
