We are a not-for-profit community group who hold an annual “Hills Billy Cart Festival” at Mount Helena in the Perth Hills. Our next event will be on 24th March 2024 The festival objective is to provide fun for the young and the young at heart and would be perfect for the Entertainment Entrepreneur - perhaps this is you.

We are looking for volunteers to join our events team to help us run a wide range of events both locally and further afield. From trivia nights to arts festivals, luncheons to museum exhibit launches - we are interested to hear from people with a passion for events that are fun, safe, inclusive, engaging and purpose driven.

The Volunteers primary role is to assist the participants to ride a wave! Each participant has a different disability which can either be physical, intellectual or both. Disabled Surfers Association - SA Branch assist them to enjoy the experience of surfing & ensure they stay safe & injury free in the process. A surfing background is an advantage for volunteers but not essential. However you need to be a physically fit, aged 17+ & be comfortable in the water for periods of up to 2 hours.

Are you interested in being part of a vibrant group of people at Albany Port Theatre, but not on stage? People with skills that could be used behind the scenes at the theatre are needed for ad hoc jobs as they arise.

To assist in the operation of the Esperance Civic Centre during performances and as required.
