We need people from all walks of life to man our ticket office, man our gates, direct parking, do sales in our merchandise stall, work our bar, cook up a mean snag for our volunteers, direct our stall holders and provide support in the set up and pull down of our event. Basically, we need the Superman and Wonderman types that are hiding in the volunteer world. If you can spare as little as 2 hours you will make a difference!

Our Charity requires a reliable individual who can assist with some logistical tasks. This is to support the Royal Childrens Hospital and australian animal cancer foundation. The role is to communicate with manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers. We require quotes on eg; stage & sound system hire, signage etc. more details given once on board. We host an annual fun run to raise funds for cancer research.

Furry Friends ARQ Inc. is a community a not-for-profit organisation. We are committed to animal welfare and provide temporary foster homes for homeless pets, vet work and adopt them to caring homes. Furry Friends ARQ requires working from home to meet the animal welfare objectives of the association. We operate as a foster care model and have no shelter.

Relay For Life is a community fundraising challenge for Cancer Council. Teams of friends, families and colleagues raise money in the lead up to the event, where team members take turns walking around a track to signify that cancer never rests, so neither do we. The Manningham Relay For Life will be held at Rieschiecks Reserve, Doncaster East (corner of George Street and Victoria Street) from 10:00am - 10:00pm on Saturday 10th September 2022.

Our volunteers gain valuable experience in the events industry, contribute to the local and international arts community, make new friends, network with arts professionals and help create and be involved in the exciting Festival atmosphere!

Provide Psychological First Aid to individuals and communities affected by Emergency and disaster events. Provide a listening ear and compassionate care to assist them to recover from the trauma they have been though.

The Maitland Hospital Foundation has provided assistance to support the Dementia and Delirium Program training for volunteers and we will be running a new course with dates in 2022to be confirmed for April 2022. This is a free course and no pre-training is required. There is a requirement to attend face to face hours post course to quality which can be supervised at Maitland Hospital as a registered volunteer.

Anglicare manages a number of retail recycling stores that sell quality recycled clothing and household items at affordable prices. Profits generated at our retail recycling stores are used to support the work of Anglicare and to support the outreach of the Anglican Church.
