The 94th Mudgeeraba Agricultural Show will return on the 29th and 30th of June 2024. We are now seeking volunteers to join our inclusive Show Crew.

Do you speak Greek? We have a lovely older resident who speaks limited English, she is socially isolated and would love to be visited by an enthusiastic, compassionate, female, Greek speaking volunteer visitor. She would really benefit from some happy energy in her life.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme (ACVVS) is a government funded program to combat social isolation and helps to develop social connections for older persons. Social connections are essential to the well-being of older people. We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, friendly Volunteer Visitors to spend time with older people who are at risk of social isolation and loneliness.

To support the SisterWorks team, in particular the Dandenong Hub Manager and People & Culture Officer, with the management of databases of volunteer information to ensure our volunteer related systems (primarily Infoodle), onboarding, offboarding processes are maintained diligently and accurately. It is important to capture the right people data to ensure that we provide meaningful metrics and insights to the our people within SisterWorks .

The Rockingham Visitor Centre is comprised of a handful of dedicated volunteers who provide advice and information on the best attractions, accommodation, places to eat and upcoming events in the area.

Help us give back to the community by volunteering in our Community Shed! You'll be assisting learners with the planning and construction of their woodwork projects - under the guidance of our Community Shed Facilitator.
