Being 100% volunteer run, our volunteer branches rely on foster care assistance to house their animals while they wait for adoption, as they have no permanent adoption facility

Pets of Older Persons (POOP's WA) is an incorporated non-profit association staffed entirely by volunteers. Our volunteers provide a range of services including home visits, animal feeding, dog walking and transport to/from vet clinics or boarding kennels. POOP's cater specifically for people over 65 years of age - or palliative-care patients of any age - who have no relatives or friends willing or able to take responsibility for their pets in times of need.

Puppy Raisers expose our puppies to different environments including public transport, shopping centres etc.

Our reservoir reserves are home to beautiful landscapes and unique flora and fauna. Join a group of like-minded people and help nurture these special places. You'll be actively involved in caring for your local reservoir reserve and enhancing the experience for visitors. Activities include bushcare, revegetation, habitat improvement, biodiversity surveys (e.g. birds, frogs, plants, tree hollows), fish stocking and supporting community events.
