Our Tourism volunteers focus on building a positive experience for our guests & visitors. They are advocates & ambassadors for the Nature Foundation & love the opportunity to be in nature & share positive stories. Reserve Hosts stay onsite on reserves for 1 – 2 weeks to support visitors & guests & act as a friendly, informative, & helpful face of Nature Foundation on our Reserves. Ideal for travelers who want a unique experience staying in a remote reserve while contributing to a conservation.

Are you an imaginative, enthusiastic and effective communicator? The IMA is seeking Tour Guides to join the volunteer team and play a key role in connecting and inspiring our school and adult visitors.

It is a varied position where no two days will be the same, providing a rewarding and welcoming learning experience to the Museum through guided visits to the public. This role requires a well presented individual, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Full training and an introduction will be provided to the Museum exhibits. The Museum is open Monday to Saturday, with two guides or hosts working together. Volunteers must be vaccinated.

It is the last lighthouse of the James Barnet style to be built, and the last staffed lighthouse constructed in New South Wales. Our reservoir reserves are home to beautiful landscapes and unique flora and fauna. Join a group of like-minded people and help nurture these special places. You'll be actively involved in caring for your local reservoir reserve and enhancing the experience for visitors. Activities include bushcare, revegetation, habitat improvement, biodiversity surveys (e.g. birds, frogs, plants, tree hollows), fish stocking and supporting community events.

The Willunga Environment Centre needs Reception Volunteers. Could you: * "man the desk" * answer the phone * assist with sales & library/loan duties * general housekeeping * & guide people around the Centre? Being flexible to help out with other tasks as they pop up. Volunteers are encouraged to develop their own projects around the environment.
