Food is to be given according to the instruction on the food voucher referral form. • On food delivery days, assist other volunteers to restack shelves from delivered pallets. • Assist with keeping the centre clean and tidy. • Maintain records of consumer food parcels according to the system in place.

Conduct interviews with people who present to Uniting Wodonga seeking assistance with food or other forms of financial relief. • Facilitate referral to other programs of Uniting and other agencies as appropriate. • Assist with administrative tasks including answering the phone and taking messages as directed. • Maintain records of people’s visits according to the data system in place.
