We are looking for an executive assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a energetic problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a knack for detail. You will preferably have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive volunteer landscape, we rely on our assistants for high flexibility.

This role has a focus on creating innovative digital experiences, incorporating visual and interaction design to help deliver an exceptional experience and work on existing and new features, and the evolution of our web, app and other company wide visual assets. Working closely with architects, front-end developers and back-end developers, leveraging your knowledge and experience to design solutions which meet the needs of our end users.

On ANZAC Day each year Legacy distributes a gift of rosemary to the public. This year St. George Sutherland region will need volunteers to help distribute rosemary sprigs and accept donations at the Southgate Shopping Centre on the Princess Highway Sylvania.

Anzac Appeal. Fundraise for the RSL by selling badges, pens, key rings and poppies for Anzac and Remembrance appeals at local shopping centres, train station or Bunnings.

On ANZAC Day each year Legacy distributes a gift of rosemary to those participating in and watching the Dawn Service and Main March. Legacy requires volunteers to help distribute the rosemary at the CBD train stations.

The Heart Foundation is looking for local Walk Organisers to help assist the set-up of new walking groups within Rockingham. Walk Organisers are community members who volunteer to lead a walking group in their neighbourhood They do not need to be health professionals or have specific health or physical activity qualifications.

Memory Walk & Jog bring together local communities, raising awareness of dementia and much needed funds to support Dementia Australia programs and services. We are seeking volunteers to help at our Geelong event on Sunday 28 April, 2024, 7.00am - 12.30pm
