As the Volunteer and Staff Coordinator for the Big Love Festival 2024 (Chenrezig Institute 26-28th September 2024), you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers and staff to support the successful execution of the event. Branding has already been developed, some early marketing has already begun and tickets are already selling. This role begins asap until end September, following festival wrap up and lessons learnt are documented for future festivals.

The primary responsibility of the Branch Commissioner Campsites revolves around establishing and maintaining regular communication channels with the Branch Leaders/Wardens overseeing our campsites. Your role goes beyond mere communication; you’ll provide ongoing support, guidance, and resources to the Branch Leaders/Wardens, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to effectively manage their campsites.

Duties involve greeting customers, general cleaning of shop, window dressing, keeping the different areas; eg books, clothing, etc tidy; serving of tea and coffee and assisting with High Teas. Friday Volunteers needed urgently.
