The Capel Regional Equestrian Park has been successful in securing funding from CSRFF and the Shire of Capel to build a new multi-sports pavilion. We now need to source additional funding to finalise the project. The role will be to oversee the building of the new premises and manage the distribution of the sponsorship package to businesses within the region, and then follow up the prospective sponsors. A spreadsheet of all businesses approached will need to be maintained.

Do you love history? The local history section of Kwinana Public Library are asking for expressions of interest from volunteers to assist the local History Librarian to research local history topics. Virtual, it would be great if the volunteer resides in the locality of Kwinana, Cockburn, Rockingham areas so regular face to face catch ups can occur.

If you have experience in designing store layouts and visual merchandising displays to maximise customer experience and sales potential, we’d love to learn from you. We also have an online store front which we are in the process of redesigning on top of doing a merchandising refresh with brand-new branding thanks to our design partners.

We are looking for someone to assist with the organisation and cataloguing of this new collection. We are also looking for assistance with the establishment of research library loan partnerships and processes within our broader library network and research librarian services on an ad-hoc basis.

We are embarking on the digitisation of a large historical collection of photographs into the museum collection. This will involve organising, scanning and saving photographs from the archives, and carefully returning to archives. We require a mature, experienced, business oriented and skilled grant writer and fundraiser to assist the museum with writing and submitting grant applications. Will also be required to source quotes, funding and grant opportunities and give advice and guidance to the committee.
