We are looking to set up tours that specifically cater to blind, vision impaired, hard of hearing, deaf and neurodiverse visitors to the Bradman Museum and Oval. If you have experience in Auslan delivery, the delivery of multi-sensory or audio museum/art/cultural experiences, or improving visitor experiences for neurodiverse folks, and you would be interested in contributing to the design and/or delivery of these tours and supporting resources, please get in touch.

The volunteer Facilitator is charged with connecting the groups on a regular connection schedule, promotes positive communication between the participants and adds to the discussion.

Down Syndrome Queensland (DSQ) is organising for our young adults with Down syndrome to attend our Challenge Weekend Camps throughout the year and require volunteers to assist us with this event. There are multiple opportunities throughout the year: we will require the volunteers to be available from 3pm Friday to approximately 12pm Sunday. Dates range however camps are usually held in March and November.

The Scuba Gym Australia provides Scuba Therapy to people with special needs. The co-facilitator for the Let's Taco About It Pain Support Group must be aged between 18 & 25, live with chronic pain and be comfortable connecting with other young people online. The Tacos is a safe space for young people, helping participants to share their experiences of living with chronic pain, promoting self-management techniques, reducing isolation and assisting with health system navigation.
