This will involve organising, scanning and saving photographs from the archives, and carefully returning to archives. An administration assistant is needed to support the General Manager and company secretary to maintain the important work and cultural significance of the Australian jazz museum. Must have experience in MS Office and be willing to train in the use of Salesforce. General maintenance of the museum when required and assisting with group tours.

We require a mature, experienced, business oriented and skilled grant writer and fundraiser to assist the museum with writing and submitting grant applications. Will also be required to source quotes, funding and grant opportunities and give advice and guidance to the committee.
