The Willunga Environment Centre needs Reception Volunteers. Could you: * staff the desk * answer the phone * assist with sales & library/loan duties * general housekeeping * & guide people around the Centre? Being flexible to help out with other tasks as they pop up. Volunteers are encouraged to develop their own projects around the environment. Our Port Kennedy Containers for Change depot is a not-for-profit, this means we are an organisation driven by a purpose, not profit, and our purpose is to create opportunities for people to get into work. Containers for Change is the 10c refund recycling scheme that has been introduced to Western Australia. The Bridging the Gap – Port Kennedy depot receives eligible recyclables for the Rockingham region, keeping them out of landfill.

The Care for Hedland depot receives eligible recyclables for the Hedland region, keeping them out of landfill. In this role you will be sorting and counting eligible drink containers and providing refunds to customers. The depot received both small and large returns of containers so extra hands to help sort, count and serve the community are always welcome.
