The Toy Library needs someone to volunteer on a Friday afternoon from 12 - 2.30pm The job is helping to sort, check and count toys and put them away on their shelves. There is also some carrying of things to cars as needed by the members who borrow toys. The applicant needs to be physically able, they need to have good concentration and attention to detail. We need someone who is available every Friday.

Training position in office administration, retail, customer service, sales, cash handling, banking, EFTPOS, sales, accounts pay/rec, marketing, merchandising, stock control, Team Leader/Manager role, HR, etc. No experience required - we train you, fix your resume, teach you interview skills, will be your local referee and give you access to our jobs board. We advertise often as our trainees get jobs regularly and we have helped 932 people to get jobs in the last 10 years!

The purpose of the Regional Visitor Ambassador is to promote the region and all of its attractions (including the Whale Centre), providing recommendations, advice and assistance to visitors and the community. These recommendations might include things to do, attractions, accommodation and events. Volunteers are key ambassadors for Victor Harbor and Fleurieu Peninsula.

We held over 171 events requiring volunteers in 2023....Galas, toy room packing, Santa elves, pom pom making, City to Surf, Convoy for Kids, Lego Brickbuilt, more galas, Mothers Day stalls in hospitals, Childrens week in hospitals, TikTok filming, TVC filming, Sydney Sick Kids Day, Giving Day, BBQ helpers, Christmas concerts, Golf Days, Car Clubs, Walk for KIds with Cancer, Nurses Ball, corporate days to name just a few!!!

An organisation supporting the disadvantaged in our community requires volunteers for various roles. No experience necessary - training in all roles provided. Centrelink approved for those on the pension or benefits. Secondary students aged 14 and over welcome.

If you are a big kid at heart, or have an interest in children's education and development, we encourage you to express your interest! Cockburn Toy Library is a not for profit providing high quality toys to the community. We are looking for regular volunteers who can assist families with returning, checking over and loaning toys, as well as some minor administration and maintenance tasks.
