These include becoming a trained Scout Leader or assisting as a trained youth or adult helper. St Seb’s is seeking new volunteers who have a genuine desire to help people experiencing poverty and disadvantage. Chorus volunteers work alongside team members, seniors, those living with disability or on the mental health recovery journey. Many customers are socially isolated and volunteering your time helps people connect in the community. When you volunteer you can meet like-minded people, form new friendships, challenge yourself, learn new skills and make a huge difference.

The volunteer will assist with the early literacy program Paint Bunbury REaD which encourages everyone to "talk, read, sing, rhyme, yarn, draw and play with children every day from birth". The volunteer's roles will include monitoring the book swap boxes, creating some resources and assisting at story time events.
