Fair Trade & Gift Shop have a very large selection of books, both in the shop and online. We need volunteers who can match the books with an excel spread sheet, so we know what we have. This is a short-term volunteer assignment that can be done with friends! Candidates with a passion for reading English books and strong reading and writing skills in English are encouraged to apply.

The Kokoda Youth Foundation is a dedicated and passionate non-profit organisation committed to running experiential youth programs, which help young people gain physical and mental resilience, confidence, and instill in them the values of Courage, Endurance, Mateship and Sacrifice through the story of the Kokoda Campaign in 1942. SchoolKits for Congo seek Student Advocates to invite their own school communities to engage in meaningful and rewarding global giving. Advocates will present the program to decision-makers, show them the positive impact that involvement can have on both givers and receivers, and connect them with the resources necessary to complete the first gift cycle. Advocates may also assist with local publicity for the event. Advocates may be current school students or recent graduates.
